The Chinese Embassies in Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Iran, and Benin have recently announced implementation of the Online Visa Application and Appointment system for Chinese visa starting from 10 May 2021. After one month transition period, from 10 June 2021, all applicants (excluding Hong Kong SAR visa applicants) are required to log on http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn and fill in the visa application forms online.

中國駐馬來西亞、越南、緬甸、伊朗和貝寧大使館最近宣布，從2021年5月10日起實(shí)施中國簽證在線申請(qǐng)和預(yù)約系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過一個(gè)月的過渡期，從2021年6月10日起，所有申請(qǐng)人（不包括香港特區(qū)簽證申請(qǐng)人）都需要登錄http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn，在線填寫簽證申請(qǐng)表格。

After completing the forms online, the applicants may enter the visa appointment website by clicking the button "Start to book appointment", or afterwards log on http://avas.cs.mfa.gov.cn, enter personal contact information and Application ID to make appointments for visa applications.

申請(qǐng)人在網(wǎng)上填完表格后，可點(diǎn)擊 "開始預(yù)約 "按鈕進(jìn)入簽證預(yù)約網(wǎng)站，或之后登錄http://avas.cs.mfa.gov.cn，輸入個(gè)人聯(lián)系信息和申請(qǐng)ID，進(jìn)行簽證申請(qǐng)的預(yù)約。

After making appointments, applicants need to submit the confirmation letter with signature, the print-out application form together with passport and other supporting documents at the Chinese Embassy in above mentioned countries at the scheduled time.

預(yù)約后，申請(qǐng)人需在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)向中國駐上述國家的大使館提交帶簽名的確認(rèn)函、打印的申請(qǐng)表以及護(hù)照和其他證明文件。

Applicants holding diplomatic and official passports, who are exempted from pre-booking appointment, only need to fill in the online visa application form at https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn, and submit the confirmation letter with signature, application form, together with passport and other supporting documents at the Chinese Embassies in above mentioned countries.持有外交護(hù)照和公務(wù)護(hù)照的申請(qǐng)人，免于預(yù)先預(yù)約，只需在網(wǎng)上（https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn）填寫簽證申請(qǐng)表，并在上述國家的中國大使館提交帶有簽名的確認(rèn)函、申請(qǐng)表以及護(hù)照和其他證明文件。In addition, the Chinese Embassies in above mentioned countries temporarily suspend Chinese visa applications, according to the Notice of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and National Immigration Administration on Temporary Suspending the Entry into China by Foreign Nationals Holing Valid Chinese Visas or Residence Permits issued on 26 March 2020.此外，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國外交部、國家移民管理局關(guān)于暫停持有效中國簽證或居留證件的外國公民入境的通知》，中國駐上述國家的使館于2020年3月26日暫停受理中國簽證申請(qǐng)。For necessary economic, trade, science and technology activities, and emergency humanitarian needs, please contact the related Chinese Embassies by e-mail . An acceptance letter will be issued and sent by e-mail if the applicants meet the requirements of the above-mentioned Notice. Applicants must fill in the online visa application form and submit the application to the Chinese Embassies within the time period provided in the acceptance letter.

必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易、科技活動(dòng)和緊急人道主義需求，請(qǐng)通過電子郵件與中國有關(guān)使館聯(lián)系。如果申請(qǐng)人符合上述通知的要求，我們將以電子郵件的形式發(fā)出接收函。申請(qǐng)人必須在網(wǎng)上填寫簽證申請(qǐng)表，并在錄取通知書規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)向中國大使館提交申請(qǐng)。
